Brief

Overview.

Four connected projects sit under one partnership: the Brendon website, My Brendon, the quoting system and the factory clocking-in system.

Each is built for a different person — the public, customers and dealers, the sales team, and the workshop — but they share the same product language, drawings and rules so the business is not running four disconnected tools.

Across every platform
  • Vector product images and parts diagrams
  • Machine and serial-based identification
  • Roles for customers, dealers, sales and factory staff
  • Product rules used in quoting, not a generic template
  • Genuine parts tied to the live machine range
  • One brand system across public and internal tools
  • Systems that grow with the factory instead of being replaced

01 · Public site

Brendon Website

We built the public website for customers, dealers and the trade — machines, parts and support in one place. Product images on the site are drawn in vector so the range stays sharp at any size.

02 · Customer platform

My Brendon

We built MyBrendon for Brendon’s customers and dealers: genuine parts, serial lookup and the tools the public site cannot hold. Vector diagrams let them identify a part on the machine and order the right one.

03 · Sales

Brendon Quoting System

We built the quoting and configuration system for the sales team so a machine can be specified and quoted against Brendon’s own product rules, not a generic spreadsheet.

Brendon Clocking In System

We built the clocking-in system for factory staff so hours are recorded the way the workshop actually runs, not the way an office timesheet expects.
