Five steps from the first conversation to launch — then you run the product, or we look after it for you.

Step 1

Talk

We start with a conversation, not a specification.

Our team will talk with you and work out what the company needs to improve its digital products — how the business works today, what is slow or disconnected, and what is worth building first.

Step 2

Brand

We design your brand guide before we design the product.

This is where we set colour, type and layout guidelines for the brand and the business, so everything that follows looks and feels like you — not a generic template.

Step 3

Mock-up

Then we design a mock-up and show you the product.

You see the layout, the core features, and how the main functions hang together — a working picture of the system before it is built in full.

Step 4

Final meeting

A final meeting to use the system together.

This is for testing and working through any improvements you want — so what goes live is the version you have actually used, not a surprise.

Step 5

Launch

When the product is ready, it is yours. How it runs after that is a choice.

Option 1

You run it

You take the finished system in-house. You host it, you look after it, and it stays entirely under your control.

Option 2

We look after it

We host, maintain and support the system for you — on a yearly contract if you want. It is still your product. We just keep it running.
